Your Responsibilities:
Confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
Provide all required assets (e.g., text, images) in the requested formats and within agreed timelines.
Review our work promptly, provide feedback, and approve deliverables on time.

Deliver the agreed-upon services professionally and on schedule.
Strive to meet all deadlines but cannot be held accountable for delays caused by late asset submissions or approvals.
Maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by you.
We create adaptable designs using HTML and CSS, avoiding unnecessary static templates. Initial designs include one primary concept with up to two rounds of revisions. Beyond this, additional revisions will be billed at $65/hour. If you’re unsatisfied with the designs after the included revisions, you may either cancel the contract or commission further changes at an additional cost.
Changes and Revisions
Fixed-price contracts often limit flexibility. The quoted prices are based on your initial requirements. If you wish to make changes, add functionality, or request additional features, these will be considered out of scope and billed at $65/hour, or we can discuss a revised estimate.
Timeline
We commit to delivering projects within the estimated timeline, provided all necessary materials and approvals are supplied on time. Delays caused by your inaction may result in project cancellation, forfeited payments, or additional fees of $250 for extensions beyond 10 weeks.
Communication
All communications and requests must be made via email at info@nexqubit.com. Phone calls can be scheduled upon request, provided an agenda is sent in advance. Failure to respond to communication for 15 consecutive days may result in project cancellation and forfeited payments.
Browser Testing: We ensure compatibility with modern browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and test popular mobile browsers. Enhanced designs for outdated browsers are available at an additional cost.
Security: While we implement best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Assistance with resolving hacks or ongoing maintenance will be billed separately.
Hosting: We can recommend hosting providers and assist with setup for a one-time fee. Any hosting-related issues or support beyond installation will be billed at $65/hour.
You’re responsible for providing text and images unless agreed otherwise. Additional copywriting services are available at $25 per page. You retain ownership of all assets you supply.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your project slot. Projects exceeding $400 require an additional 25% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery. Projects under $400 must be paid in full upfront. Late payments (over 30 days) may result in the removal of delivered work and debt collection actions.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel the project, your deposit will not be returned. Rescheduling is possible under certain conditions but will require a new deposit.
We retain copyright for code (HTML/CSS/JS) and license it for your project use only.
You own visual elements and text you provide or commission.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
This contract is governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of India.
By signing this contract, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
